1-Year Limited Warranty for Tresor Watch Winder

Thank you for your inte rest in the products and services of Tresor (“Tresor”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://www.tresor.com.sg (the "Physical Goods").

Your personal data is being collected, and may be used for contacting you in relation to the purposes of servicing the warranty or for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Tresor will handle your personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all regulations thereunder. You may exercise your rights to access or correct said data by writing to sales@tresor.com.sg. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests to access or correct personal data.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Tresor will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Tresor will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Tresor is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Transportation cost for sending in or returning back the item for servicing.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@tresor.com.sg to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will arrange an appointment for you to send in your item to our service centre.
